How Mable is preparing for Support at Home
Mable will assist you to be Support at Home compliant, so you can continue to confidently deliver quality care solutions to clients.

Business Solutions by Mable and Support at Home
As you know, the Support at Home program is launching 1 November 2025 with more funding levels, defined service types, and new support worker competency training requirements.
Mable will be Support at Home ready from 1 November, so you can keep delivering quality care solutions to your clients without interruption. With more key updates to come, we’re staying across the changes and will continue to communicate them to you.
In the meantime, we will ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
Mable platform changes
We’re updating the platform to support the 13 service types.
We’re changing the Mable platform and invoices to meet the new Support at Home service type requirements. Before implementing the changes we will provide online training to independent support workers on correctly submitting their support hours.
We’re working in conjunction with the aged care sector to ensure the changes align with your organisation’s needs. We will share an invoice example, so you can ensure you have the processes in place to process them.
Independent Support Worker training
Our rigorous support worker onboarding process remains, but we’re moving ahead of time to ensure all support workers on Mable who support clients with a Support at Home package can complete competency training in line with the Aged Care Standards and Support at Home requirements.
From July 2025, the NDIS Worker Screening Check will replace police checks as a mandatory requirement for new independent support workers signing up to Mable.
Existing independent support workers can continue to use the platform as usual. However, once their current police check expires, they will be required to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening check to continue to deliver services on Mable.
Our ongoing commitment to support your business
We understand that efficiency is going to be even more important.
We’re continually enhancing Mable’s tools to make it easier and faster to find the right support for clients and manage support workers.
With average independent support worker rates below the Support at Home indicative price guide, this may also help you meet the demands of the new funding levels.*
