Every support worker on Mable is rigorously verified
Before they can provide support on our platform, support workers must complete a verification process. This means you can focus on what matters – finding the worker who best fits your interests and needs.
- NDIS Worker Screening Checks: independent support workers are required to complete an NDIS Worker Screening Check, which includes identity verification checks and other background checks. (The NDIS Worker Screening Check has replaced police checks as a mandatory requirement for support workers signing up to Mable.)
- Qualifications: to provide Personal Care, Nursing or Allied Health services, a support worker must supply evidence of their qualifications as per our Verification Policy.
- References: support workers must provide at least 2 professional or character references.
