Definitions
Our updated Terms of Use for clients and independent support workers came into effect on 26 September 2025. Updated Terms of use for Coordinators and Provider Customers who have not signed a Provider Customer Agreement came into effect on 16 January 2026. Terms of Use for each group will refer to the below.
