Connect with disability support workers you can trust

At Mable, your child’s safety comes first. For your peace of mind, our team verifies each of the following before a support worker can offer disability services for children on Mable:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check: Independent support workers are required to complete an NDIS Worker Screening Check through their state's authority. These also include identity verification checks.
  • Working With Children Check: a valid WWCC is required if a support worker plans to support minors. We ensure no one on the platform can support minors if their WWCC has expired.
  • Qualifications: to provide Personal Care, Nursing or Allied Health services, a support worker must supply evidence of their qualifications as per our Verification Policy.
  • References: at least 2 professional or character references must be provided.

Take control of your budget with clear pricing

Support workers on Mable set their own rates, which are clearly displayed on their profiles for you to review. All rates are subject to our minimum hourly rate of $39.

Before any support starts, you and your chosen support worker can discuss and agree on an hourly rate. It’s all about finding the right fit for your budget and your child’s needs.

You pay the agreed hourly rate plus a client platform fee of 7.95%. You will not be charged until services are delivered, and you can easily track payments online.
